If you ever wonder what happened to main characters of Persona 3 years after the game happened, Persona 4 Arena Ultimax (although it has persona 4 in the title, it's a crossover fighting game based on the two titles.), happened 3 years after the incident in Persona 3 and a few days after Persona 4 Arena.
Mitsuru now runs an anti-shadow organization that works with police and deals with shadow related incidents.
Aigis looks the same bat she now has a lot of additional weapons and works with Mitsuru's organization as a field agent
Akihiko travels around to become the strongest fighter and then offered by Mitsuru to be a part of her organization.
Fuuka is the top of her class at college. Though not a part of the anti-shadow organization, she still does her own part to help the organization and maintains and repairs Aigis.
Yukari, also in college, becomes an actor and has a role as the pink "phoenix ranger".
Junpei is a part-time shadow operative and coaches a little league baseball team during his time off.
Ken is still a student in Gekkoukan and a star soccer player and a member of the student council. You can say that he's quite popular with the ladies
Koromaru still lives in the S.E.E.S. dormitory along with Ken. He now wears Ken's orange hoodie.
